Ms. Pittenger is the owner of Niguelle Pittenger Consulting, LLC which specializes in improving leadership, team and organization performance. She has been working in the field for over 20 years. Ms. Pittenger specializes in executive coaching and assessment, leadership course design and facilitation, and the implementation of results-focused initiatives.

Niguelle holds the International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and completed her Certified Leadership Coach through Georgetown University. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology/Human Resource Development from Antioch University and a certificate in Organization Development from the University of North Carolina Charlotte.

Ms. Pittenger is a Prosci^® Certified Change Practitioner, is qualified to administer the MBTI^®, the DiSC^® and many other widely recognized assessments. She is a certified AchieveGlobal facilitator and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a SHRM-CP. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and Society for Human Resource Association.

Niguelle resides in Maryland with her husband, Kosta, teenage daughter, Zoë, cat, Jewel and dog, Emmylou.
