Consulting

Niguelle Pittenger Consulting partners with clients to identify solutions to business, organization and individual challenges.  Our consulting services include assessment, design and implementation of results-focused initiatives.  We use the Prosci ADKAR model to give leaders a framework for helping people embrace and adopt changes.

 

 Assessment

We conduct widely known assessments including DiSC®, DiSC 363®, MBTI®, EQ-i2.0, the Leadership Practices Inventory, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team®, and the Team Effectiveness Profile. Additionally, we develop and facilitate custom focus groups, interviews and surveys to improve individual, team and organization effectiveness.
